Tow Show director, Paul Gregory is taking part in the Prudential Bike Ride London-Surrey 100 on Sunday 2 August 2015. Paul, who numbers cycling as one of his hobbies alongside managing a junior football team, has been putting in the miles in order to be fit enough to complete the challenging route which takes in part of the Olympic road racing route.
